Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Darshan Machhi Wala, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver the freshest fish and seafood, handled with utmost care. This policy explains our terms for cancellations, returns, and refunds.


1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation Window – Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing them by calling us at +91 98151 67055.
1.2 Post-Processing – Once your order is being processed or has been dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
1.3 Right to Cancel by Seller – We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable.

  • There are pricing errors or technical glitches.

  • Delivery is not possible due to location or other restrictions.
    In such cases, you will receive a full refund.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Spoiled Products – If the fish/seafood is delivered in a damaged condition or is spoiled at the time of delivery.

  • Incorrect Items – If you receive the wrong item or quantity compared to your confirmed order.

  • Quality Concerns – If the product does not meet our stated freshness and quality standards.


3. Proof of Issue

To process a refund, we require:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product highlighting the issue.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • Complaint must be reported within 2 hours of delivery to maintain freshness verification.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot process refunds if:

  • The customer changes their mind after delivery.

  • The product has been consumed, partially used, or tampered with.

  • Complaints are raised beyond 2 hours from delivery time.

  • Orders are refused upon delivery without a valid quality issue.


5. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., UPI, bank transfer, card payment).

  • Processing time is 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after customer provides account details.


6. Exchange Policy

If you prefer, we can arrange for a replacement delivery instead of a refund, subject to product availability and verification of the issue.
