If you wish to have your account and/or personal information deleted from our records, you can request it at any time using the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account and associated personal data:

1. Send us an email at darshanmachhiwala@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account.

2. Include the subject line: Account Deletion Request.

3. Provide the following details in the email:

   • Your full name

   • Registered phone number (if applicable)

   • Order history reference (if any)

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon verifying your request, we will delete:

• Your customer account (if registered)

• Personal information such as name, email, phone number, and saved addresses

• Order history records (unless retention is required by law)

• Any other personal data stored in our systems

Data We May Retain

Certain data may be retained for:

• Legal compliance (tax or accounting regulations)

• Fraud prevention

• Dispute resolution
  This retained data will be kept only for as long as required by law.

Processing Time

Once we receive and verify your request, we will process account deletion within 7 working days. You will receive confirmation once your data has been deleted.
